After my mid day nap I decide to blog just briefly before I catch Alabama and Texas game...I don't really care who wins this game I just want to watch some good college football. A few house keeping announcements to add...Congrats to William "Percy" Harvin, who was elected Offensive Rookie of the Year...Second, Plaxico Burress, another VB resident was denied his work release request...while we are on dumb ass athletes with guns lets head to DC, Gilbert Arenas, who had four guns in his locker was suspended indefinently without pay...smh...when will black athletes learn...Lastly, Nicki Minaj has a fat cat!!!!...just look at her pictures..lol...man oh man!

Anyways to the topic at hand, I was listening today on the radio and I guess the topic at hand was sex or whatever...somthin that caught my attention....Doctors have made it official that good sex isn't just good but healthy....As a child all I can remember is my parents tellin me how sex is bad for the body and relationships blah blah blah blah...Besides fornication which is the only reason why sex wouldn't be advised accordigly to ...Here are some reason why experts say safe sex is good for you...

I have a question...what's up with a lot of girls dressin like Barbie's nowadays? What a Way to Bring in the Holidays!!!

I think it's safe to say the King's Back!!!! Rap star Clifford Harris, but better known as T.I. is out of jail...unfortunately, he's still under custody for three months. T.I. has spent most of his year and a day sentence in a federal prison in Arkansas. T.I. was in jail for violation of his probabtion with gun charges. He as to still do 500 hours of community service and do 23 days on house arrest before becoming a free man...but we can still welcome "T.I." Harris back to society!

It's New Years Eve..

As I pack my bags to head to the Nations Capital with my twin, and my brothers to bring in the New Year drunk and loud!!!!...lol...I wondered what my resolution would be...last years resolution didn't made it out of the week...so this year i'm just asking God for health, wisdom and prosperity in the future...here are some more New Years Resolution....

TOP RESOLUTIONS!!!

1. Get Fit

This resolution can be combined with losing weight, or it could stand on its own. Many people maintain a healthy weight, but want to go to the next step.

This could be a goal of working out regularly, or maybe even running a marathon.

2. Manage Debt

In the aftermath of this year's financial storm, many are facing debt that they want to get rid of.

By cutting back and spending more wisely, debt can be reduced, but the task can seem daunting.

3. Save Money

While it may not be the most effective method of quitting, many decide to make New Year's Day the day that they stop smoking.

"Cold turkey" doesn't always work, so maybe the proper resolution would be to quit smoking before the year's end, through a gradual method.

8. Reduce Stress

2009 was a stressful year for many. Stress can affect jobs, relationships, and health, so this is a resolution that can be beneficial for all.

9. Take a Trip

Whether it's to escape the stress of life, visit family, or go somewhere they've never been, many hope to do some form of travel in the new year.

Last year was great for travel as airlines lowered prices to keep customers on their planes, and this year will probably be more of the same.

Now, on to the important stuff...after watching to Kobe & Lebron Christmas commercials, it reminded me of the old lil Penny commercials. So I'm sitting in watching Tim Tebo bring the Gators back and something tells me look at ESPN on the internet. I was reading Tiger Woods apology for getting caught up in the game (don't shake your head, it happens to the best of us). After looking at this foolishness...I decided to look more into silly a** apologies...lol...

Here is my top list of apologies:

1. Of course, Tiger Woods- richest athlete in the world apologies for having an affair on his wife after he runs into a fire hydrant and a tree...Not only does Tiger apologize but he re-does his prenump. with his wife...I've always been Team Tiger but I personally think that was dumb...



2. The first minority president, William Clinton- apologizes to the country after eventually admitting his affair with formal assistant Monica Lewinsky, soon leading him to be only the second president to be impeached...

3. The world's most popular human fish, Michael Phelps- apologizes for smoking marijuana....ok ok ok...now not saying marijuana is a good thing or anything but what was he really doing wrong?...to each is own i guess "Big Fish"

4. Ok who remembers Kanye West ignorant ass outburst at the VMA's...smh...Kanyeezy apologies after getting on stage at VMA's to tell Taylor Swift that she didn't deserve an award over my wife Beyonce Knowles...smh...although I agree, there is a time and place for everything.

5. Sarah Palin's daughter was insulted by David Letterman in June...lol..he was joking about the raping of the 14 yr old girl...not funny, however, we all know he tells jokes...

6. The Apology of the Year goes to my fellow VA resident, Chris Brown, although I'm an advocate for not letting a female talk you down, I don't really support how he handled the situation. So now Chris is trying to rebuild his career after all his fans were women..smh..come on Breezy, make that money you can get another Rihanna...smh...
